We are a small, independent charity, in receipt of no government grants or assistance of any kind, and therefore completely dependent on the generosity of well-wishers.

We are sorry that we have to use a PO Box number rather than use our real address. Unfortunately a couple of bad experiences in the past have forced us to be prudent: animals have sometimes been dumped on our doorstep without the people concerned even checking to see if anyone was in at the time.
